Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Awarded judgement

This is confusing, but I've done some research at the Division of Corporations website. I will use fictitious names here....I was awarded a judgment against ABC Auto. I did not list the full and complete name of the business, which was ABC AUTO CLINIC on my judgment, nor did I include the owners name. The business was operating under a fictitious name, ABC AUTO CLINIC at the time my judgment was awarded, and listed as the owner of the fictitious name was, DEF, INC. DEF, INC. became an inactive corp. one year after my judgment was awarded and when I researched DEF, INC., I found a real persons name as registered agent/officer/director. In March 2006, the name ABC AUTO CLINIC became ABC AUTO CLINIC, INC. with the SAME registered agent, etc. as DEF, INC. When I contacted ABC AUTO CLINIC, they said that ''they are a new company operaating in the location of another SIMILARLY NAMED COMPANY, DEF, INC. d/b/a ABC AUTO CLINIC. I think that they are trying to give me the run around. How should I proceed, and is my judgment invalid because I did not have the complete business name (ABC AUTO vs ABC AUTO CLINIC)?
