Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I've been sent to a bill collecting agency for a bill that I have already paid and have receipt for proof. How can I go about taking legal action against the doctor?

Agree with Mr. Marino. Your options against the doctor may be limited, but you may be able to sue any debt collection agency or attorneys they've hired.
