Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I was born and raised in NYC. I had $20,000 credit card debt with 2 Judgements of $10,000 each for the last four years. Now , I live on disability money only and can't afford to pay. I have relocated to Florida state. My question is can the New York judgement be enforced out of the state.

Yes, they will have to conform the judgements, but if are living on disability and that is your only income, assuming you have no real assets, your are probably safe from collection. See www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com
