I bought a car from a private seller in Pinellas County FL and I live in Marion County FL. the agreement was singed and motorized in Pinelass County FL. my question is I stopped paying due to job lose and the seller filed suit in Pinellas County FL. does that court have jurisdiction over this matter? Me the buyers address is in Marion County FL so would the court that would hear the case be marion? thank you

Every case is different, but in general yes. Pinellas has enough contact with the case to have jurisdiction. They could have also sued in Marion, but both forums would be acceptable.
