Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I bought windows and an HVAC system from sears. The sales man said and wrote on a form o interest for 18 months. When we got our contact it says 18 monthes defferd interest. I have the paper that the sales man left me. It is plainly written o interest for 18 months. Is it legal for them to force me to pay deferred intest? I live in Florida.

I think Sears is saying that if you pay the bill within 18 months, there is no interest charge. I suggest you call Sears, however, for clarification.
