Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I let my brother use my line of credit to purchase a/c equipment. He has not paid one of the invoices of 1500. What do I do beside contact and write him a letter return/rec/request and contact the supply house and request them to pick up equipment from where he had it shipped?

You are between a rock and a hard place as they say. If you can afford it, protect your credit and pay off the debt and then sell the a/c and sue your brother for the difference if he refuses to own up to the debt. You can also have the company pick it up and pay off whatever the difference is, but remember it is your credit that is going to be affected.
