It sounds as if the person calling (and his company) are violating the federal Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, and also violating the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act. You should get the person's name and write down exactly the time of the call and what they say. If you request in writing that they stop contacting you, they should do so.
