buddys is saying i did'nt pay off my tv what legally can i do

Did you pay it off or not? Do you have receipts of payment? Did you ask them for your prior payment history? You can pay what they say you owe, or you can dispute it and then (likely) fight with Buddys/collection company who may sue you.

Take your receipts for payment to Buddys and see if you and the billing department can straighten this out before it becomes a lawsuit.
