Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

i am a business owner, and i understand that when a customer pays a bill with a credit card and labor is involved, it is against the law for it to be charged back , is this true?

No -- that would depend upon the agreement with your credit card company. Chargebacks are governed by that contract.
