Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I have a business website and on it is a "contact us" form. When it is filled out and submitted the form is forwarded via email to all my employees (as a lead). Recently a collection agency has submitted this form daily and as previously mentioned it has been forwarded to ALL my employees and I feel this is very much against my rights. Am I wrong?

Yes. Don't forward the form to employees.
