Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

If you call a phone number and they have a recording stating that they may record phone calls does that also work for the other party in the state of Florida?

As long as you tell them that they are being recorded and it is clear on the tape that you said this prior to any conversation. You must state it first.
