Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

i cancled my direct tv service because or poor service and irratic bills. they want cancelatoin fees. heres my question, they tried to bill my checking account mar 30th through my debit card without my authorization (over 4 transactions and over 600 dollars) isnt that theft? what are my rights, and what can i do?
