Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Car Loan

I have a car loan in my name in Puerto Rico. I purchased the car when I thought I would be living there, but a month later I had to come back to Florida. I made the dumbest decision of my life and left the car with someone else and was never able to transfer the loan to their name. The car is about to be repossesed (90 days late), with only 12 payments left. I have signed documents from that person accepting full responsibility of the debt/loan. Apart from this problem, my credit is pretty decent. What can I do to get this off my credit report?

Re: Car Loan

Find out how much will be owed after it is repossessed (perhaps you can arrrange its return) and pay it off.
