how to get out of a car payment? and get a new car with a different camapny without being on my credit?

There is no way to get out of a car payment without paying off the loan. You signed a promissory note and promised to make payments until the loan was paid in full. If you stop paying, the lender will report the late payments on your credit, repossess the car and probably sue you for the balance of the loan.
