my car was repossessed for $320 they said i have to pay $650 for repo fee + $320 plus the tow company wants $100 for cleanout fee + $25 per day for storage. is $650 legal for repo fee

Yes, it is legal. If you look at the car loan contract, it probably states that you are responsible for the cost associated with repossession.
If you cannot pay the fees and the car goes to auction, keep the paper work, including the envelopes. There are strict laws governing the sale of repossessed vehicles and if the company makes a mistake, you may be entitled to money. If that happens, call me.
