Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

My car was repossessed w/out my lenders permission

This morning when leaving to go to work my car that i finance was gone. The cops told me it was repossessed. I am up to date on my payments, and I have full coverage insurance. When my creditor opened for business I called them..they told me that there had been a mix up and they inputed my information to be repossessed when it should of been someone else. They then realized this mistake and canceled the repossession on my car (this was on fri, today is monday).. but the towing company came anyways and took my car. They gave me my car back...no charge and apologized. Can i sue them for taking my car without permission from my lender?
