used car can i return it back to a car dealer if its only been va few days and ithas been giving me car problems

There is no 3 day return on cars. The answer of whether you can return the car depends on whether the contract provides for a return and or whether there is fraud or some other reason to void the contract. See www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.vom

It will depend a lot on the contract you have with the dealership. Also, if you believe you were sold a lemon, then I suggest you contact a consumer attorney ASAP to correct this matter.
