Case Dismissed

In a pretrial conference the plaintiff failed to appear to prosecute, the judge dismissed the case, will the plaintif be able to sopeona me again to appear at a later date or am I free from being prosecuted again from the same company for the same reason...

As long as the statute of limitations has not run they can refile the lawsuit against you.
