certificate of service and interrogatories
i am having my wages garnished for a credit card i defaulted on, i filed an appeal saying i am head of household, they sent me a this certifaicate, do i have to answer this?

Yes, unless you have a "motion to stay the action pending appeal" granted by the trial court judge. However, to do that, you'd probably have to post a bond in the amount of the judgment.
