could not collect judgement

I obtained the judgement against person who owns me $14,000. However, I could not garnish his salary because of multiple court orders for child support against him.

Is any of his retirement money like 401K or IRA could be garnished in Florida??

Can the judgement renewed in 7 years after the child support is paid off?

1. Probably not.

2. The judgment has a 20 year life. The general judgment can be renewed.
