How to collect payments on garnishee

I am the phaintiff and I received an answer from the garnishee stating that he will withhold 25% of the defendent's wages. what do I do now and how do I get my payments? Do I need to file papers to transfer money to me? I perfer payments either biweekly or monthly. How do I do this?
