Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

How to Collect after winning lawsuit

Once you win a judgement, what is the procedure in order to collect under Florida law, if you do not want to pay a collection agency?

Does the court help you collect?

Can you go to the person's bank on your own?

How do you find out how much money the person has and what his assets are and what assets you can take?

How can you garnish money from a self employed person?

Judge has not signed ruling yet but case was won by default.

thank you
