Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Collection agency made unauthorized charges. They lied about how payments were made. I requested a statement from them so I can see what they have done with my money, but they have not responded. Do I still continue to send money with no statement to see what's going on?

Not sure I understand your question. Did you hire a credit card company to disburse funds for you under a consolidation plan? or Did a collection agency contact you for payment for items not charged by you. If the latter , you should have a copy of all charges, if they can not produce one do not continue to send good money after bad Let them take you to court and then you ask them to produce evidence of the debt.
