Recieved letter from collection agency from Dr. bill and they charging over 1200.-- on interest

never heard of such is that legal?

Dr. bill was from 12/06 and started billing in 09/08

Dr is from NV

now live in FL

How to preceed I am on disability

and if you can advise of a collection attorney
