If a collection agency wins in court, what options are available with regards to collecting the judgement?

If they filed the papers correctly, then they can request that you complete a Fact Information Sheet and if you do not respond, which is why bad things happen, they will file a contempt notice, can have you brought to court under a Writ of Attachment, have you placed in jail, make you put a bond for the amount owed, take your car, particuarly if you have two because only one would be exempt, go after your checking savings bonds, wages etc.
