Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

i have a collection agent who tricked me into giving her my checking info cause she stated they would send a sherriff to my employer. I was afraid and acted on impulse by giving her my info but now she states they will be taking out $500 on 8/31 and $972 a month for the next 5 months. There is no way I can afford that high of a payment. I do not want to ignore my responsiblity and want to pay this but her arrangement is unreasonable. I told her I had 4 children and am barely making ends meet. If she took the money I would really not have money to feed my kids.. She is a heartless person who just wants her money/commission. Please someone direct me and tell me how I can get help..God Bless MB

What the collection agent did is a violation of law. see www.ConsumerLawyerHelp.com. See an attorney who knows collection and go after the agency.
