i'm behind on payments to rent to own store. unable to make full payments as they demanded. they used my ATM debit card info from previous payment and took $307 from my checking account without my permission. Our contract does not mention they can do this. can i take legal action against them. this resulted in a large amount of overdraft and fees to my account.
