Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

What can you do when a company runs your credit report without your consent? If you haven't given them any personal information at all except for your home address and home phone number.

Write and complain. It is, I believe, a consumer credit violation -- but probably not worth the mess to start a suit.
