consent judgement

hi,

i agreed to a consent judgement. the lawyer sent an interrogations form. i am the wage earner in the home and property is home stead exempt. i am married to an immigrant who does not have a ss number. will this affest his status being i have to sponsor him and will they be able to garnish or freeze accounts.
