Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I consolidate my credit cards on June 24 2010 with company call: FreedomDebtRelief.Eight months till now ($331/month) and one of the banks (SitiBank) is going to take me to the Court.The company-Freedomdebtrelief say they are not licensed to practis in law and cannot assist me.My question is what can I do in this situation and why I pay evrery month to Freedomdebtrelief?

From my experience, most 'debt relief companies' are a scam and do not accomplish anything substantial for their customers. Unfortunately, you are going to have to deal with the card holder who is threatening to take you to court by yourself. Or, get an attorney to help you.

Many law firms, like us, have reasonably priced debt resolutions programs. There are even some mortgage brokers who have debt resolutions programs (mainly for those who will eventually need a mortgage). However, for any law suite to collect money, you should hire an attorney; otherwise you will probably end up with a very unfavorable outcome.
