I paid oct nov and then in dec I called and asked them to stopp payment on the dec check as I eas goning to pay the entire remaining balance on Jan 9. When I called them on Jan 7 to ask where to send final payment they said the agreement was void at no time did the person I spoke to in Dec tell me this. The person I spoke to in Jan took an installment payment over the phone and then said he would call me on Mon to tell me where to send balance-never called and when I tried to reach him back I could not-every time u talk 2 someone at Citibank u never can reach that person again. now the lawyer say I owe 8300 n I can pay this over aperiod of 2 yrs or 75% in a month Should I go to court and try to reason with the Judge, should I get a lawyer?
