Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Contacting of end users of products unpaid for by party to whom they were sold.

As a business owner, would I be within my rights to contact the recipients of the products that I sold to the company that in turn sold my products to them to inform them that the products or services that they received have not been paid for and the ownership of such items may be in question in any court proceedings that may follow?
