Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I have a contract from a supplier that sold to Lowes and he is not willing to pay my commssions. Contract is from 12/20/2007 to 12/20/12 and it is signed by the owner. What are my steps?

He is in Florida and I am in Texas. Lowes headquarters is in NC.
