Contracts cancellations

I signed a contract for my son at a karate institution the monthy fee is eft pay however I see that by federal law I can have this stopped also on the back of the contract it states that if residences move outside of 25 miles from the school cancellation requires proof my son is going to move to philadelphia and I want to cancel, the collecting agency states that I have to pay tuition in full before cancellation what is my next step.

Follow the cancellation provisions detailed in the contract. Also cancel the eft.
