I have a corporation that sold merchandise to Walgreens stores. They are charging me for $31,000. If the corporation has no money, what can they do to me?

Nothing to you personally.

If there are no assets in the corporation then there is not much that they can do. However, are you truly incorporated and what filing status do you file your returns under. If you are not properly incorporated you may be sued personally .
