Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

Corporations legal right

Can a vehicle that is owned by my corporation(newly formed corp. and vehicle just transfered over) be taken away if a personal judgment is filed against me by a credit card collection agency? P.S. No bankrupcy is involved. Thanks.

Yes, if the collection agency can prove that the corporate purchase was just a straw purchase or that the corporation is just your "alter ego."

I agree with first answer, but this is very hard to prove generally. The "if" is not easy. Best bet is to seek legal advice so that an attorney can closely look at the facts.
