Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

have a court ordered judgment signature loan-unsecured paid on until last Oct.2009. DID NOT KNOW. Not at same address. Got Ltr by visiting a neighbor. Now their attorney want deposition 7 yrs back all i own -is this a legal order? and do I have to report to them for deposition. I have a job 35hr week and my children. What must I do?
