Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

I was in court today for a hearing on restitution, I dont believe that I will have to pay the full $30,000.00 that the bi polar person is asking. It stems from me leaving and starting up my own busines. He is trying to bankrupt me anyway he can, If he gets a judgement against me to what extent can he make my life misrable ? can I get arrested if i dont / cant pay or what is the worse he can do to me because that is what he will do ..... he has lots of money and just wants to hurt me anyway he can

What was the outcome of your hearing? It sounds to me that you already have a judgment against you for the $30k and that the hearing was for an agreement as to payment. If you agreed to make payments and then default, the the plaintiff can go after your assets depending on what was filed on the Fact Information Sheet.
