Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

i have a attorney filing a suit against me for a bill that has been paid for over a year now.they sent the last papers with my husbands name as party with me and he is not part of the suit...what can be done ?

Consult with competent counsel, now. Be sure not to allow a default to be entered against you.

At this point in time I would recommend speaking with a lawyer. I would be more then happy to speak to you further if you contact my office. Theyre could be a statute of limitations problem.
