You may be a candidate for bankruptcy, depending on your total assets and debts. Bankruptcy would probably wipe out this credit card debt. Alternatively, you may want to consult with a credit counseling service. It may be able to get the credit card companies to lower your monthly interest rate or reduce the overall amount you owe. We handle a lot of bankruptcy cases and would be happy to speak with you about the situation. We offer a free initial consultation.

There are attorneys who fight these claims for very limited fees and win all the time. I have not lost one yet. If you do not want to file for bankruptcy and need a lawyer, tell me where you live and I or someone who handles these matters may be able to help. No consultation fee with me.
