Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

can a credit card collection( bank acct garnishment) be taken from a joint account with an elderly relative that I have never deposited any funds or used in any way? It only has my name on it in case something happens to her and she needs me to access those funds. None of the money in the account is mine
