credit card debt

we are unable to pay our credit cards even after trying a debt consolodation company. we looked into bankruptcy but wanted to know if we dont file what can the credit card companies do? Florida statute of limitations ? please help?

The statute of limitations on a credit card debt in Florida is usually five years after the last charge or payment on the credit card.

The credit card company can see you for the debt owed. If they get a judgment against you, they can put a lien on your property, garnish your wages, or take property from you and sell it to satisfy the judgment, among other things.
