credit card default

I have a credit card thats been in default for about 2 years,cant pay the debt balance around 1500.00. How likely are they to sue and garnish my wages

Before anyone, including a credit card company, can garnish wages it must sue you and obtain a judgment. Moreover, it must prove the debt and interest charges are correct. Much more difficult than you would expect.
