Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

credit card

my employer issued company credit cards to it's employes. the card has the company name and my name on it. the bill is past due. now i have a collection angency calling me wanting mr to pay for the items i singed for (all work related items) he claims if i don't pay it will show up on my credit report. is this true? am i responsable for my bosses debt?

You are probably not responsible for the debt if you didn't sign on the original credit agreement.
