Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
Credit Card Lawsut
I am being sued by Asset Acceptance LLC on a credit card account in Florida. My question is, in answering the complaints, can I reference other lawsuit cases from other states or do they have to be from Florida? Thank You for your help.
