Credit Card Problem
Discover Credit Card has been harassing my mother for over 21 years. They have mistaken her for a woman with a different address and social security number. They have now called me, my father, and their constant calling have started to take a toll on my mother's health. She has tried everything from letters to calling different departments. The company says things are settled and then they call again or put something on her credit report within a year or so. What can be done about this situation.

Sounds like you may have claims for violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Florida Collection Practices Act. Call my office to discuss.
