credit card sue

I owe money to a credit card company and i never told them that i wold not pay but they want me to pay an amount that i can, now they are sue in me. Can I go to jail?

No. Florida does not provide any jail sentence for failing to pay any credit card or other debt. It is a civil matter and subject to civil penalties which generally means a money judgment but definitely does not include jail.
