Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida
I had several credit cards with a big card issuer. I defaulted on all of them a couple of years ago. The lawyer has possibly filed a lawsuit for the debt on all 3 cards. I think that they even want the interest for the time I've been in default at 30 plus percent. My question though is with my credit report. The biggest of the 3 credit cards that I had with this issuer is no longer listed on my credit report. I checked all 3 major reporting agencies and the largest of the 3 debt to the card issuer is simply gone, with no mention of it anywhere.
Something must be up. Why would the lender remove this large debt from my credit file?

It is probably and error to your advantage, such as they thought you were paid or were going to be paid.
Be happy. This will reduce your bad credit rating.
