Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Florida

credit cards and death

A man let me use his credit card and he just died. The bills still came to his house, he brought them to me and I paid them each month. His family thinks this is fraud. A lawyer said they have a case. I did not defraud my friend, what do I do now?
