Credit Counseling Problem

I belong to a credit counseling service. I pay them a specified amount of money every month and they pay my bills for me. I have made all of my payments to them on time but they have made the payments to some of my creditors late. Because they have made the payments to my creditors late, I now have negative notations on by Equifax credit report. What should I do?

Discuss the problem with your 'counsellor' at ccc. If anything can be done they /he should be of assistance.
